Jezebel tipped me off to this. Needless to say, I think they done went too (TOO!) far. I mean, ewh. I don't think using bestiality to sell clothes is a good idea. Or even if this were an editorial, it is simply not in good taste. It'd be one thing if it were a girl and her dog just hanging out, but the clearly sexual overtones, plus the scant clothes, PLUS o-face while the dog looks up her skirt? TOO FAR. Just, yuck. I have plenty of problems with bestiality in general, namely that you can't get consent from an animal (much as you can't from a child), and harm is generally done, or impossible to tell if it isn't. There's no reason anyone NEEDS to sleep with animals. Betraying an animals trust by using them as a sex slave is not okay by me. And glamorizing it is not much better- I'm sure they were trying to be 'edgy', but I don't think we're all being too sensitive when we give a collective YUCK. I don't necessarily think the dog was bothered/harassed by this, but it was definitely a mistake. A HUGE one.
